James's Death Sentence |
|
James's new work Death Sentence is coming out Labor Day weekend according to his myspace.
A summary is as follows:
"The story follows a vengeful father (Kevin Bacon), who vows to track down each person involved in the vicious attack on his family.
The film is an adaptation of author Brian Garfield's original novel, and co-stars Aisha Tyler. Tyler plays a sympathetic homicide detective who questions her pledge to assist Bacon's character after suspecting that he may have turned to murder as a means of exacting his revenge."
A pic!
coolness!

That sounds like it would turn into a really tense situation, like Boondock Saints. Do you help? Should you? Is murdering a murderer really murder or justice?
I'd like to see how that one ends up...

James Wan and Leigh Whannell are the guys who created SAW.
James directed SAW 1 and is an executive producer of the rest.

Yes, it's a film and a pretty good one. Not as good as Saw though. There's cameos by the woman who played Mary Shaw in Dead Silence and by Leigh Whannel!

Very good movie, I got the DVD but I'm sad at lack of deleted scenes or commentary Still great work by Wan. Loved the cameos of Billy the puppet and Mary Shaw lol and of course Stygian St.
