Brother of actor Louis Mandylor.

Played professional soccer for Greece and Australia until he suffered stress fractures to his shins.

One sport he hasn't given up is boxing. He used to train with his brother Louis, who is an expert in Thai Kickboxing.

Mother's maiden name is "Mandylaris." When both Costas and Louis got into acting, they changed their birth name (which is Theodosopolous) to Mandylor, which they got from their mother's name.

Listed in People 2000 Awesome Aussies Beautiful People.

He and brother Louis Mandylor shared the screen together as homicidal ghost siblings in the fourth season episode "Saving Private Leo" of "Charmed" (1998).

Was in a short film called My Brother Cicero (1998). His brother Louis Mandylor produced and co-wrote it.

Costas Mandylor was in a Thriller movie called "Bitter Sweet." It also starred Gary Stretch, Yasmine Bleeth, and Michael Madsen.

Moved to Los Angeles in 1987.

Made the cover of In Fashion magazine in July 1991, along with Mädchen Amick.

Taling about Strahm and Hoffman that had to fight in the last scene, Hackl said they were both strong because Scott was having training regularly and Costas played soccer for a while Razz
