a flaw in the games....

Saw, towards the end, Dr. Gordon realizes he has to kill adam. He cuts of his foot crawls to the gun and prepares to load it, but wait........no casing! surely jigsaw would remember this!

There was a casing on the bullet that Jigsaw gave him.

Bullets are supposed to have casings, they can't fire without one.

Do you mean that the bullet that Gordon placed in the gun to shoot Adam had no casing and that it was merely a lead slug?

It had to have a casing... Because he did shoot Adam...

Maybe that explains why Adam's back didn't look normal

Huh? What does his back have to do with anything?

If you mean that the bullet didn't go through him, it is entirely possible that the bullet hit bone and stopped.
