Going to miss you...

I'm going to miss James, Leigh, and DLB writing for the Saw series.
On the other hand Patrick Melton, Marcus Dunstan, and Thomas Fenton are doing a great job so far. My hats off to James, Leigh, and DLB, GREAT JOB! And to Patrick Melton, Marcus Dunstan, and Thomas Fenton, I love what you guys have done thus far. Can't wait to see what else you bring to the table.

James, Leigh, Darren and David Hackl wouldn't have anyone write and they did an awsome job of Saw IV so, no worries.

Yes, Patrick Melton, Marcus Dunstan, and Thomas Fenton Did a great job. I can't wait to see what they have in-store for us.

im surprised that patrick and marcus wrote what is easily the most detailed and complex saw yet, considering what a joke the feast movies are. its like a person with 2 personalities Laughing

i have a feeling it will, with all of the stuff that we're being promised: corbetts fate, hoffmans backstory, the twists that we have been promised, the theme, and the trap made by hackls son sounds very interesting.

But you must remember, we were promised a lot for IV, and we didn't get it all. I'm sure they will hit the major questions though. I hope the twists actually surprise me. Hackl's son's trap intrigues me too.

Still I think it will top IV. For me the more major and minor details that tie into the previous movie the more I like the movie.

SAW III didn't really grow on me until SAW IV came out, and meshed the two together.

true, but we are dealing with an entirely new director, and everything he has promised us seems pretty likely to happen, as well as the details scott patterson and tobin have promised us. but yeah, i see your point.

I hope that Hackl delivers at least what has already been said is to be in V.

I hope they go back and clarify the letter only if its a mention in one scene you know 'theres a letter here addressed to Amanda....' I dont need much just to know why it affected her so much. I have looked through SAW4 and although I notice the key I do not think everything we need to know is in the film it just needs a little more clarification.

Was it meantioned in the commentary what was on it?

We might as well add Hackl to the list, at least as director. I don't know if will still be involved in VI, but most likely he will.
